I ended up getting 10 push-ups in that test, and I believe that I did start the training, but ended up being distracted by other exercises, and eventually found fitocracy.com and then <em>You Are Your Own Gym<\/em> by Mark Lauren. At any rate, here it is, New Year&#8217;s Day, and even though I&#8217;m not one to do &#8220;resolutions&#8221; (I failed too many times), I&#8217;m planning to reboot the 100 Push-Ups program today.
