I just finished the arm section of the first glove last night, after knitting for about 12 hours spread over 14 hours. My back and left hand are aching from a) sitting in one place for so long and b) grasping the work too hard. I know [knock wood] that I can finish the first glove today, and perhaps start on the wide lace section, but no way I&#8217;ll be ready for the Charlotte Knitting Guild meeting on April 1!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll try to get a snapshot of the progress so far, but Myr has the camera with her in Atlanta, so that will be delayed a little!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have until Tuesday evening to finish this pair of gloves, but it ain&#8217;t happenin&#8217;.
