  • Flat Straight Leg Raise:

    • Using this for the YAYOG Iron Cross abs exercise. (BTW.. OUCH!) …I guess I need to schedule in multiple sets of these when I have more time.
  • Barbell Hip Thrust:
    • 47 lb x 10 reps (+12 pts)
    • Using this for the YAYOG 1-leg hip extensions. I did 10 on each leg.
